At Small Pet Select, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
